Syarikat Air Melaka Berhad (SAMB) is responsible for providing reliable and efficient water supply services to consumers throughout the state of Melaka. As part of its continuous effort to modernize customer services and improve engagement, SAMB initiated the development of the SAMB Mobile App, a digital platform that allows customers to access essential water-related services through their mobile devices.
The application was designed to provide customers with a convenient and efficient way to manage their water accounts, view billing information, receive service notifications, and stay informed about water supply updates. By integrating multiple customer service functions into a single digital platform, the SAMB Mobile App enhances accessibility while reducing the dependency on traditional service channels.
